The 2008 awards were handed out during an awards luncheon on April 24 at the Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, N.C.

Designed by JDavis and open to the public since 2007, Pavilion East at Lakeview features retail, office and loft condominiums, recently expanding with five new restaurant tenants: T.G.I.
