Luebke, a former vice president at Misys Healthcare Systems and Allscripts, LLC, worked for over 20 years in health-care information technology in Raleigh N.C. before receiving her juris doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2006. She served as a legal intern with the North Carolina Department of Labor and the North Carolina Clean Water Management Trust Fund and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association. Luebke earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from Emory University in 1983. A native of Connecticut, she currently resides in Raleigh.
