In the yer 1996, theatre was reopened after complete refurbishment and hosted the revival of Jesus Christ followed by short run of National Theatre’s production of Oklahoma. In the year 1999, The Lion King made its debut and went on becoming one of the longest running productions in the history of Lyceum.
