411 Locals Hires Raymond Champagne As Its Senior IT Director

Champagne will be responsible for all aspects of information technology management across all offices of the company including the uptime of the dialer, CRM and other systems; and the network administration and management and support including backup, security management, user account management, internet access, office systems and applications support.
