Arema Connect, a 24/7 Business outsource provider, is set to expand with the Creation of new jobs in Cork over the next quarter, to meet demand for Customer Support Services at home and abroad. The expansion and opening of the second Call Centre coincides with the company's anniversary. The inauguration of the new offices will take place in Q4, on August 17th 2018.
The Cork based company is expanding, with the development set to bring a further 40 new positions to their established workforce. The roles will be across a variety of customer service positions including English, French and German speaking Customer Service representatives.
These jobs are to be employed in custom designed office spaces, with a bespoke fit out to accommodate for the needs of a dynamic multichannel contact centre.
Arema Connect are set to celebrate the expansion and anniversary on the 17th August, at their new offices.
