New subscription service for D&D 5e launches on kickstarter

Although there is a growing market for tabletop roleplaying games, not every gamer has a huge amount of time or money to invest into this popular hobby. With this in mind Brassman Foundry announces Brassman’s Adventure Club, a monthly subscription service for Dungeons & Dragons adventures and accessories that helps gamers have great game sessions with less prep time, and allows subscribers flexibility in deciding how much they want to spend per month. The company has simultaneously launched a kickstarter campaign to bring the Adventure club to the gaming world which reached nearly a quarter of its funding goals in the first 48 hours.

Brassman Foundry was founded by two lifelong gamers, Saxon and Fish. With years of experience creating their own game content, they realized it would be possible to polish up endless pages of notes and game designs and bring them to the world. Now, given the exploding market for both Board games and Tabletop RPG’s, they’ve finally taken the plunge to turn that notion into a reality.

Millions of Dungeons and Dragons players throughout the world spend hours out of their busy lives doing the research, writing and other game planning in order to have fulfilling experiences when they sit down for weekly games with their friends. Saxon and Fish created Brassman’s Adventure Club to help them out - offering both ready-to-play adventures and supplement books with fully imagined characters, locations, and encounters to flesh out existing campaigns. Offering this content as a monthly subscription lets gamers collect an extensive library of quick use content over time.

The other problem that the creators wanted to address is price - not every gamer wants to spend a fortune on a monthly subscription. Unlike any other product on the market, the Adventure Club offers tiers of subscription that gives casual gamers access to great stories, but also provides innovative, premium quality game aids to help more dedicated players who are willing to spend to up the quality of their sessions. Their subscription levels include:

Digital Subscriber: The most cost effective option is to receive digital copies of the monthly books, saving money on printing and shipping while still getting all the great game content

The Archivist Pack: For users who like having a physical book, every month this tier ships users 2 printed books, as well as player handouts and premium quick-play cards.

The Instant Adventure Pack: In addition to the print materials, these subscribers get everything else needed to play the adventure. An amazing 24"x36" battle map, 10 adventure related miniatures, and game aids.
The DM Toybox: Our top level of subscription offers a variety of D&D accessories shipped to users every month. Along with the books, maps, and minis there will be custom dice sets, unique tools to speed game play, premium miniatures and terrain, as well as some special real-life rewards designed to keep players engaged in the story.

Brassman’s Adventure Club launched as a kickstarter project on March 23rd, and is open to backers until April 22, 2019. The project can be found at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/godghoti/brassmans-adventure-club
