SPRINGFIELD, Mo., April 5 - SLS International (OTCBB: SITI) announced today that The Church at Burleson, located just outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Burleson, Texas, has selected a state of the art audio system in its new sanctuary, which includes multiple products from SLS International. The new 1,000-seat sanctuary recently celebrated its opening with a dedication ceremony.

"The Church at Burleson is a very high energy, non-denominational church that is contemporary in design and worship, but has an extremely dynamic ministry," said Rick Robinson, president of Sound Reinforcements and Media Design Group, who spearheaded the installation. "The SLS speakers are extremely efficient and the coverage is superb. The high frequency drivers have proven to be extremely durable and very transparent."

The new sanctuary was constructed in the style of an amphitheater to achieve a more theatrical feel. One of the biggest design challenges was providing smooth and consistent audio coverage, while respecting the sight lines necessary for the projection screens. Robinson was able to strategically configure the SLS speakers by using SLS' Line Array Simulator Software (LASS) program, which allowed him to design an optimal line array system while minimizing the amount of elements needed for specific coverage requirements.

"The sanctuary is set up like stadium seating, so we were concerned that coverage would be a challenge," says Stan Denman, production and programming pastor at the Church at Burleson. "The SLS speakers provide excellent coverage and sound degradation is near to none. It is phenomenal sound and we are very happy with these units."
