The Personalized Leadership Development Program™ is an intensive, tuition-guaranteed five-day leadership training program with a self-awareness focus and is personalized to the needs and goals of each class consisting of 10 or less participants who want to develop their communication and people skills, emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion, self-confidence and team playing skills to value, grow, motivate and inspire their employees, and harmonize family relationships.
