Hardin Construction Company Expands Triangle Operations

Tom Booth, vice president and general manager of Hardin Construction Company, LLC (www.hardinconstruction.com), has announced that the company is expanding its Triangle operations. The Raleigh office, which has 22 employees, is led by Booth, a Triangle native. Hardin, based in Atlanta, has delivered several projects in the Raleigh area throughout the past decade and is currently working on the RBC Plaza. Other notable projects include: the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, Crabtree Valley Mall renovation and expansion, Nortel Raleigh expansion, the former Omni Durham Hotel and Civic Center now known as the Durham Marriot at the Civic Center, Sears at Crabtree Valley Mall, Tivoli Systems Building, Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport, and a joint effort on behalf of RogersHardin for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Information Technology Services Building. Hardin had nearly $47 million in gross billings in the Triangle in 2007, and it is the 14th largest general contractor in the area.
