This summer emerges a new line of bridal gowns that are predicted to create quite a buzz in the fashion world. The elegantly designed gowns will be made from 100% lambskin leather. From top to bottom, the lucky recipients of these rare gowns will be wrapped up in the most luxurious, butter soft leather that is available on the market. With a waiting list of at least 2 months, each dress is individually handcrafted, numbered and signed with a certificate of authenticity. The price for each dress starts at $4,350 and goes up to as much as $10,000, depending on style and if custom work is made.

The Designer:
To some degree, Ava Marie has been designing nearly all her life. Cousin to New York fashion designer, Mark Kroeker, and raised by a grandmother and great grandmother who were fine seamstresses and quilters, it wasn’t surprising that Ava Marie would follow in their footsteps. From a very early age, Ava Marie created her own clothing for her paper dolls. By age 11, her sense of style really began to emerge. She came from a family of very limited means and was raised by grandparents who lived through the depression. She spent her afternoons working alongside her grandmother in the family’s vintage clothing and antique shop. Even today, Ava’s designs reflect many of the classic vintage styles of days gone by. Ava Marie currently resides in Dallas, TX and spends her free time between New York and Los Angeles.
