Emerald author wins Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences

Edmund Phelps published in the Journal of Economic Sciences. Edmund Phelps, an Emerald Group Publishing author, has won the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 2006 ‘For his analysis of intertemporal tradeoffs in macroeconomic policy’. The nobel prize is awarded for an individual’s contribution to an area of knowledge/research over a period of time.
